Masonry Stair Construction and Landscape Walls

LANDSCAPE WALL: Foundations were built. Reinforced concrete block was built to form
columns and then we faced them with blue stone and installed a 5" thick capping at the top .

MASONRY STAIRS: The old stairs were torn up and a concrete base poured.
Red clay bricks were laid to build a new set of stairs.

MASONRY STAIRS: Owners were tired of painting stairs. We removed loose paint and laid
brick over existing concrete stairs. Installed new concrete capping at sides. Easy
maintenance, just wash every year with bleach.
The two front stairs rebuilt using clay brick.
Old sidewalk was torn out. Gravel packed and concrete pavers were installed.

STAIR CONSTRUCTION: Concrete pad was poured. Masonry stairs were built using brick
and then faced with mica slates. Mortared into place

was built using 8" concrete blocks.

MASONRY STAIRS: The old Masonry stairs were demolished. A new re-enforced concrete
pad was built using 8" concrete blocks. The landing was created with poured concrete re-
enforced every 12" with 20m rebar. A Mica Slate Flagstone was used to finish the stair and
entrance way and wood railings were built and fastened to the new steps.

Rear Entrance stairs originally built with concrete. We laid brick over top of the concrete
and then washed and waterproofed the brickwork.

LANDSCAPING WALL: We constructed foundations and built 8” concrete block wall
back up and faced with 4 " granite slabs at a house in the British Properties.
